摘要
采用药剂蘸根、插穗留芽处理、节段选择、扦插深度选择等措施,研究在覆膜条件下,各措施对山葡萄插条萌芽和生根的影响。结果表明:地膜覆盖条件下,选取枝条中部2～4节,芽眼饱满,充实的2～3芽为1个插穗,用ABT生根粉500 mg/L在插穗基部2～3 cm处浸泡30 min,然后进行扦插,深度控制在9～11 cm,插条生根成活率达到89.0%。
Pharmacy dipping,stay buds processing,the measures of the cuttings segments,cutting depth selection of measures were used to study the effect of various measures on the sprout and take root survival situation of Vitis amurensis Rupr.cuttings.The results showed that under the conditions of plastic film mulching,select section 2～4 of branches in central,the 2～3 buds full and fulfilling for cuttings,soaked in the cuttings at the base of 2～3 cm at ABT 500 mg/L 30 min,and then for cutting depth control,the survival rate of rooting for 89.0%in the 9～11 cm.
