马茹种子生物学特性研究及果实营养成分分析 被引量:1

摘要 对陕西吴起马茹种子的生物学特性及果实营养成分进行了分析。结果表明:马茹种子呈卵圆形,棕黄色,种子平均长8.62mm,宽7.64 mm,千粒重为149.90 g;种子生活力为72%,含水率为5.0%;种子发芽率为33%,发芽势23%,发芽速度55 d;马茹果实总糖含量为7.06g/100g,总酸含量为2.00 g/100g;马茹果实中17种氨基酸总量为1.000g/100g,8种人体必需氨基酸占总氨基酸含量的16.6%;果实中含有微量元素含量排序为镁>钙>钾>磷>钠>铁>锌>铜>锰。 The seed biological characteristics was studied and fruits nutritional components was analysised of Prinsepia uniflora which came from Shaanxi province Wuqi county.The results showed that the seed of Prinsepia uniflora were ovoid in shape and brownish yellow;The seeds were 8.62 mm long and 7.64 mm wide,1 000-seeds weight were 149.90 g;The seed viability was 72%and seed moisture proportion was 5.0%.The total sugar content,and total acid content of the fruits were 7.06 g/100g and 2.00 g/100g;The total amino acids of the fruits was 1.000 g/100g,and the ratio of essential amino acid in the total amino acids(EAA/TAA) was 16.6%;The order of the trace elements contents of Prinsepia uniflora fruits was Mg〉Ca〉K〉P〉Na〉Fe〉Zn〉Cu〉Mn.
