摘要
气冲造型法与其它造型方法相比 ,紧实度分布比较均匀 ,但对于顶面宽大、且深凹比大的复杂模样 ,造型时由于型砂在深凹区入口处的堵塞 ,使深凹区的紧实度较低。本文利用气冲压板冲击、气冲成型压板冲击等紧实方法 ,对气冲紧实的匀实性进行了改进研究。结果表明气冲压板冲击和气冲成型压板冲击造型法不但可以提高砂型顶部的紧实度 ,而且能有效地消除深凹区入口处的型砂堵塞现象 ,显著提高整个砂型的紧实度均匀性。
Compared with other kinds of molding methods,air impact molding could result in an even distribution of compactibility.But,as refer to the molding using complicated pattern with wider top surface and deep concave,there always exists a lower compact region in the concave area due to blocking sand at the entrance to the concave area.In this paper,the molding methods of air pushing clamp plate and air compact formed clamp plate were used to improve the compact homogeneity of molding sand.The result shows that the molding method with twice air compact clamp plate can not only improve the compactability on the upper section of mold,but also effectively eliminate the jamming phenomenon of sands at the entrance to the concave area.Consequently,resulting in the improvement of compact homogeneity along the overall section of sand mold.
