摘要
课题组经过4 a的科技攻关,研制出了安全、营养、方便、卫生、保鲜期较长的小包装香椿豆腐。现简述了香椿豆腐的工艺流程、制作方法,并通过品质检测和感官评价,说明消费者对该产品较认可。
Tofu with Chinese toon has developed after 4 years research,a safety,nutrient,convenient and health pouchpackage tofu with Chinese toon that had long fresh preservation time were accomplished.Process,production methods were briefly resumed,and through the quality detection and sensory evaluation,the product was approved by consumers.
