摘要
以新疆库车小白杏为试验材料,研究模拟运输过程中产生的机械伤害对杏果实采后生理的影响。结果表明:机械振动胁迫能够明显促进果实软化,随着振动强度、振动时间增大,软化速度加快,杏果实呼吸强度增强,脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量增多、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)、果胶酶(PG)等活性上升,果肉褐变加深,细胞渗透率增大、细胞壁结构被破坏。振动胁迫加速了杏果实采后成熟衰老进程。
The postharvest physiology changes of Kuqa apricot were studied with mechancial vibration of simulater transporting.The results showed that the respiration rate and the activities of PPO,POD,PG increased,the content of malonaldehyde(MDA) rose induced faster decrease of pectin contents in the cell wall of Kuqa apricot and faster browning and softening of the fruits.The results showed that severe transportation vibration not only led to heavy mechanical damage to Kuqa apricot,but also had effects on the qualities of the fruits during the transport.
