摘要
本文分析了中国海水养殖业发展中的优势和问题,提出了新形势下中国海水养殖业发展战略是,着力改善海水养殖环境,加强海产品质量安全管理;构建病灾风险预警体系,及时提供技术支持;提高海水养殖业产业化水平;大力发展深海网箱养殖和工厂化养殖;重视海水养殖相关技术的研发推广;加大政策扶持,提高海水养殖户生产积极性;科学制定海水养殖发展规划,适度控制规模。
This paper specifically analyzed the advantages and problems of the Chinese mariculture industry and proposed Chinese development strategy of the mariculture industry in the new situation.The government should strive to improve the mariculture environment,strengthen the management of seafood quality and safety,build the warning system of risk of disease and disaster,provide timely technical support,enhance the level of industrialization of mariculture industry,develop the cultivation of deepsea cage and factory,pay attention to the research and popularization of mariculture-related technology,increase the support in policy in order to enhance the farmers' enthusiasm in production,formulate scientifically the plan of development of mariculture industry,and control reasonably the scale of mariculture industry.
