摘要
将高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)分别与生物质木屑、瓜子壳和花生壳在653K的高温下进行共液化,实验考察不同生物质对共液化结果的影响,同时通过添加不同催化剂考察催化剂对共液化反应体系的影响。结果表明,C、H含量较大的生物质与塑料共液化油收率及转化率均较高;催化实验结果表明催化剂的催化作用依反应原料的不同而不同。
The high-density polyethylene and biomass( sawdust, shell, peanut shell) were chosen as raw materials of co-liquefaction under high temperature of 653K. The effect of various biomasses and the catalyst on co-liquefaction were studied. The results show that the raw materials with higher C and H content can yield, the more oil and the higher conversion. The catalytic experiment results show that the catalytic affection is different according to different biomass raw material.
