摘要 本文介绍了作为压铸CAD/CAE/CAM集成系统的核心组成部分的CAE技术在压铸工艺设计中的应用前景 ,并应用德国MAGMA公司的CAE软件MAGMASoft ,对 2VQS机油滤清器支架压铸件的充型及凝固过程进行了模拟。模拟结果能很好地吻合实际浇注铸件的缺陷情况 ,并分析了缺陷形成原因。根据模拟计算 ,重新设计了 2VQS的压铸工艺参数 ,取得了良好效果。 VQS oil filter support frame is one of the most important parts in cars and designed by Germany Volk Wagon Automobile Company.Due to its complicated structure and very uneven wall thickness,gas holes and porosity in particular location of the die casting are so many that the qualification rate of the die casting is very low.In this paper,CAE (ccomputer aided engineering)technology,as the core part of die casting CAD/CAE/CAM integrated system,is introduced.On the fundament of CAE software MAGMASoft (Germany),we have simulated the filling and flowing as well as solidification processes for the 2VQS die casting,and analyzed the possible location defaults.So the die casting process for 2VQS is modified by CAE technology and the optimal process is asserted at last,as well as related die casting molds being designed and drawn by CAE/CAM.
