摘要
针对单一的太阳能干燥易受天气影响的缺陷,设计并构建了一种空气源热泵辅助供热的太阳能干燥系统,测试分析了系统的热力性能及干燥能效比。实验测试结果表明:在日总太阳辐射为15.3~21.6MJ/m2的条件下,太阳能热风干燥子系统的日平均集热效率为0.343~0.534,空气源热泵热风干燥子系统的性能系数为2.52~3.61。与常规的干燥系统相比,空气源热泵辅助供热太阳能干燥系统具有较大的节能潜力。
A novel solar energy drying system in conjunction with air source heat pump (SEDS-ASHP) was developed to avoid limitation of sole solar drying system. The SEDS-ASHP was put into experimental operation successfully. The performances of the SEDS-ASHP were tested and analyzed. Test results showed that, under the climatic conditions of daily solar radiation being about 15.3 to 21.6MJ/m2, the solar air collector' s daily efficiency is about 0.343 to 0. 534. For the air source heat pump unit, the average COP ( coefficient of performance) varies within the range of 2.52 to 3.61. Compared with conventional electric dryer, the SEDS-ASHP is energy-saving device.
