摘要
基于宏观层面政策、规划研究应用的研究定位,以社会效益最大化为目标建立风电-抽水蓄能联合运行优化模型,研究含风电场系统风电与抽水蓄能的最优匹配容量问题,并采用嵌套式遗传算法进行优化仿真分析,仿真结果表明风电与抽水蓄能的合理配置可促进风电发展,实现社会效益的显著提高。该文给出的确定风电与抽水蓄能最优匹配容量的方法具有一定的实践意义。
Based on integrated policy and planning research, an optimization model was executed by genetic algorithm, which combines setting the maximization of social benefits as objective function and studying the optimal capacity of wind power and pumped-storage power station. The simulation results indicate that it can promote the development of wind power and improve the energy utilization efficiency of power systems. The way has practical significance for ascertaining optimize capacity of wind power and pumped-storage power station.
