鱼类卵黄原蛋白研究进展 被引量:4

REVIEW ON RECENT PROGRESS ABOUT TELEOST VITELLOGENINS

摘要 卵黄原蛋白是1种普遍存在于雌性卵生动物中的磷脂糖蛋白,是卵母细胞成熟和胚胎发育阶段最重要的生殖蛋白,也是目前广泛采用的环境雌激素活体筛选生物标志物。其中,鱼类卵黄原蛋白是近年来的研究热点,在其生化性质研究与实际应用方面成效显著。因此,本文较为系统地介绍了鱼类卵黄原蛋白的研究进展,包括卵黄原蛋白的种类与结构、功能与代谢、易降解性、纯化方法及检测方法等,对鱼类卵黄原蛋白近年来的研究成果进行综述,并展望了其发展前景。 Vitetlogenin, the precursor of egg yolk proteins, is a large phospholipoglycopro- rein synthesized by hepatocytes through stimulation by 17β-estradiol in most oviparous spe- cies, which serves as the most important reproduction-related protein during oocyte hydra- tion and embryogenesis. Also it has been widely used as an effective and sensitive biomarker for exposure to environmental estrogens in aquatic environments. In recent years, teleost vi- tellogenins have been most extensively studied and attracted increasing attentions. Attempt to elucidate the recent progress about teleost vitellogenins is made in this paper, including classification of different types of vitellogenins, and their respective domain structure, bio- chemical chracteristics, biological funtion, and metabolic pathway. Further expatiation was made upon methodologies for purification and detection of teleost vitellogeins. For short, in this review a great deal of information to understand the rapid progress about teleost vitello- genins are provided and the developmental prospects are also discussed.
