胶州湾大沽河口潮间带沉积物中叶绿素和有机质含量的季节变化 被引量:10

SEASONAL CHANGES OF CHLOROPHYLL AND ORGANIC MATTER CONTENTS IN SEDIMENT IN THE INTERTIDAL ZONE OF DAGU ESTUARY,JIAOZHOU BAY

摘要 为了解胶州湾大沽河口潮间带沉积物中底栖微藻和有机质含量的季节变化,于2010年4月至2011年2月,分4次(春、夏、秋、冬)测定分析了沉积物中的叶绿素含量和有机质含量,并分析了沉积物的粒度组成及现场温度。结果表明,表层(0~2cm)沉积物叶绿素a含量为0.42~6.06mg/kg,有机质含量为0.48%~3.71%;次表层(2~5cm)叶绿素a含量为0.13~3.53mg/kg,有机碳质量为0.31%~3.78%;深层(5~8cm)叶绿素a含量为0.14~1.95mg/kg,有机质含量为0.47%~3.72%。经统计检验和Pearson相关性分析得出,胶州湾大沽河口沉积物中的叶绿素a含量春冬两季最高,夏季和秋季最低;叶绿素a含量与深度和温度呈负相关;与所处潮带、有机质含量、粉砂黏土含量在本实验中均无显著的相关性;有机质含量与季节关系不大,高潮带最高,其含量与粉砂黏土含量呈正相关,与叶绿素含量、深度和温度关系不明显。 In order to get the benthic microalgae status in intertidal sediments, the contents of chlorophyll a and organic matter in sediment in the intertidal zone of Jiaozhou Bay were in- vestigated from April 2010 to February 2011. The contents of chlorophyll a in 0-2cm sedi- ment were 0.42-6.06 mg/kg and that of organic matter were 0. 48-3. 71%. In 2-5cm sediment, the contents of chlorophyll a were 0.13-3.53 mg/kg and that of organic matter were 0. 31-3. 78%. In 5-8 cm sediment, the contents of chlorophyll a were 0.14-l. 95 mg/kg and that of organic matter were 0.47-3.72%. The results of the Pearson correla- tion analysis showed that the content of chlorophyll a was significantly positively correlated with season, significantly negatively with sediment depth and temperature while no signifi- cant correlations were detected between the contents of chlorophyll a and sampling location, the contents of organic matter, the percentage of silt and clay. The content of organic matter had no significant correlation with season, while the highest values occurred in the high in- tertidal zone. The organic matter contents were significantly positively correlated with the percentage of silt and clay while no significant correlations were detected between the con- tents of organic matter and the contents of chlorophyll a, sediment depth and temperature.
