变压器绕组测温光纤光栅传感器设计及性能测试 被引量:39

摘要 为实现油浸式变压器绕组温度的直接测量,设计并制作了预埋光纤光栅传感器的绕组电磁线,对电磁线结构及绕组制作工艺进行了适当的改进,对绕组电磁线预埋光纤光栅传感器制作过程中的应力状态进行了监测,并对其测温性能进行了测试。结果表明:绕组电磁线预埋光纤光栅传感器制作过程及线圈绕制过程中光纤光栅传感器受到的应力较小,光纤光栅传感器保持了良好的机械强度和测温性能,其测温线性度>0.99,灵敏度约为10pm/°C,与理论值接近,测量准确度可达到±0.5°C,可满足变压器绕组温度精确测量的要求。 In order to directly measure the winding temperature of oil-immersed transformers, the winding electromagnetic wire with built-in fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors was designed and its production process was discussed. The structure of winding electromagnetic wire and the winding production process were improved. The strain of FBG sensors was monitored in the electromagnetic wire production process, and the temperature sensing performances of FBG sensors were obtained. The results show that the strain in the electromagnetic wire production process has minor impact on the mechanical strength and the temperature sensing performances of FBG sensors. The linearity of the FBG sensors is above 0.99, and the sensitivity is about 10 pm/℃,and the accuracy is about +0.5℃, indicating that the winding electromagnetic wire built in FBG sensors can be used to measure the winding temperature of oil-immersed transformers accurately.
