摘要
电子废弃物的资源化既能实现资源的二次利用,又能防止环境污染,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。介绍了-0.5 mm废弃线路板浮选分选试验,运用GM(0,N)模型对废弃线路板浮选试验建立了灰色模型,与实际分选结果比较表明,该模型平均相对残差小于1.9%,可以对废弃线路板浮选的分选试验结果进行预测。
The electronic scrap reutilization could achieve sec- ondary resources recycle and prevent environment pollution, so the research on electronic scrap reutilization has important theo- retical significance and application values. This paper introduces the flotation experiment to recycle the metals form discarded printed circuit board which was crushed to lower than O. 5 mm. Based on GM (0, N) gray model, a grey prediction model for the flotation experiment is established, and is used to predict the re- suits of the flotation experiment. Comparing the actual value andpredicted value of flotation experiment, the average relative resid- ual of the prediction model is less than 1.9% ,so the model can be used to predict the results of experiment of metals reclamation from discarded printed circuit boards by flotation.
