摘要
焊接接头或焊接结构经超声冲击处理后 ,疲劳性能得到十分显著的改善 ,这已被相关试验 (常幅 )所证实。突然超载所引起的过载效应会对超声冲击处理的效果产生一定的影响 ,具体情况如何 ,目前尚不情楚。首次对过载下超声冲击处理焊接接头的疲劳性能进行了研究。结果表明 :经拉伸过载后 ,超声冲击处理焊接接头的疲劳强度有所下降 ,但并不十分严重。与原始焊态下相同的接头试件进行比较 ,疲劳强度仍提高 6 2 %左右 ,疲劳寿命延长 10~ 40倍。
It has been proved by related tests (at constant force amplitude) that the fatigue strength of welded joints or structures with ultrasonic peening trea tment is improved greatly. At present, The influence of over loading on peening effect is still unknown. In this paper, the fatigue strength of the peened welde d joints under over loading is studied. The results show that the strength of th e peened joints under over loading is decreased slightly, and it still increased by 62% or so and the fatigue life is as long as 10~40 times compared with weld ed joints.
