摘要
智能变电站是变电站建设的方向,但目前存在技术不成熟、设计测试流程不完善等问题。通过对已投运的智能变电站试点情况进行总结,从技术选型、工程流程控制、运行风险防范等方面讨论了智能变电站试点工程关键技术策略,为今后智能变电站的大规模建设提供借鉴。
Smart substation is the direction of development of substation construction, although problems such as im- mature technology and incomplete designing and testing process still exist. Through summarizing pilot projects of smart substation already on operation, key technical strategy on technology selection, project process control and op- eration risk prevention have been discussed, providing guidance for future smart substation construction.
