摘要
随着配电网中馈线之间联络点的不断增多以及对供电可靠性要求的提高,合环倒负荷成为一种必然趋势。对配电网馈线间的合环进行分析,提出适合配电网合环潮流分析的算法;并针对上海220 kV电网分区运行的特点,分析了10 kV配电网在相同220 kV分区与不同220 kV分区条件下合环倒负荷的不同特性,提出不同的环流控制方法,为调度部门合理安排运行方式和事故处理中紧急负荷转移提供参考。
With the increase of the feeder tie points in distribution network and the demand for the reliability of power supply, it has been a natural trend to transfer load in closed loop. This paper analyzes the closed loop between feeders of distribution network, and proposes a feasible algorithm for the closed loop power flow of distribution network. Fur- thermore, in light of the operation characteristics of 220 kV regional grids in Shanghai, it compares the features of 10 kV transmission network closed loop load transfer in the same 220 kV region and in different 220 kV regions ; then the corresponding flow controlling measures are put forward, providing important reference for dispatchers to arrange rea- sonable operation mode and implement emergent load transfer in case of accidents.
