摘要
笔者通过旋转挂片腐蚀试验、静态阻垢试验和电化学试验对一种高效无磷缓蚀阻垢剂(聚天冬氨酸、聚丙烯酸、葡萄糖酸钠、L-抗坏血酸和硫酸锌)的缓蚀和阻垢性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,该无磷缓蚀阻垢剂是一种以抑制阳极极化为主的缓蚀阻垢剂,具有优良的缓蚀和阻垢性能,其缓蚀率和阻垢率分别可达到95%和98%以上。
A kind of high-efficiency non-phosphate corrosion and scale inhibitor consisting of polyaspartic acid, polyacrylic acid, sodium gluconate, L-ascorbic acid and zinc sulfate has been studied by means of rotary weight loss/ hanging-piece corrosion experiment, static scale inhibition experiment and electrochemical experiment. The results show that the non-phosphate corrosion and scale inhibitor is one that mainly inhibits anodic polarization,having excellent corrosion and scale inhibiting capacity. Its corrosion inhibiting rate and scale inhibiting rate exceed 95% and 98%, respectively.
