摘要
以苯为溶剂,采用马来酸酐与3-巯基丙酸合成得到羧乙基硫代丁二酸(CESTA)。当反应时间为7 h、反应温度为85℃、n(马来酸酐)∶n(3-巯基丙酸)为1∶1.1时,CESTA收率高达98.8%。测定了CESTA钙螯合值为3 119 mg/g,并采用鼓泡法测定了其阻垢性能。当CESTA质量浓度为10 mg/L时,阻垢率达99%以上。
Benzene being used as solvent,Carboxyethylthiosuccinic acid (CESTA) has been synthesized by the reaction of maleic anhydride with 3-mercaptopropionic acid. When the reaction time is 7 h, reaction temperature is 85 °C ,n (maleic anhydride):n (3-mercaptopropionic acid)=1:1.1 ,the yield of CESTA is as high as 98.8%. The calcium chelating capacity of carboxyethylthiosuccinic acid is 3 119 mg/g. The scale inhibition capacity is determined by bubbling method. The inhibiting rate of carboxyethylthiosuccinic acid as scale inhibitor is more than 99% ,when the concentration of CESTA is more than 10 mg/L.
