A system continuously detecting S/P and F/P ratios

摘要 针对湿法磷酸工业净化过程中对硫磷比和氟磷比连续检测的需求,利用紫外可见分光光度计和计算机等硬件设备,基于 LabWindows/CVI 平台开发了硫磷比和氟磷比连续检测系统。首先介绍了检测系统的硬件结构及检测流程,然后根据软件需求完成了软件的模块设计,重点介绍了检测系统多通道连续检测的实现、多时钟的集中管理和大量历史数据的查询。检测软件通过多个通道控制多台紫外可见分光光度计,实现了对磷、硫、氟离子及其硫磷比和氟磷比的连续检测。 According to the demand for continuous detection of ratios of S/P and F/P in the process of WPA purification, a system continuously detecting S/P and F/P ratios is designed, using LabWindows/CVI as software development tool, using the UV/Vis speetrophotometers,computer, etc, as hardware. Firstly, the hardware structure of the system and the detection process is introduced. Secondly, the software module is designed according to the software requirement. At last, the implementation of the multi-channel detection system for continuous monitoring,multi-clock centralized management, and the numerous historical data query is described. The software can manipulate several UV/Vis spectrophotometers, and inspect the content of P, S, F, and the ratios of S/P, F/P.
