XDI基热塑性聚醚聚氨酯弹性体的合成及表征

Synthesis and Characterization of XDI-based Thermoplastic Polyether Polyurehtane Elastomers

摘要 以环氧乙烷/四氢呋喃无规共聚醚[P(E-CO-T)]为软段、间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯(XDI)为硬段、对苯二酚-双(β-羟乙基)醚(HQEE)为扩链剂,采用熔融预聚体法合成了一种新型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)。利用傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱仪、凝胶渗透色谱分析仪、动态力学分析仪、热重分析仪和力学性能测试仪器等手段对TPU进行了表征。结果表明,硬段含量为45%(质量分数,下同)的TPU的拉伸强度为17.37 MPa,断裂伸长率为559%,拥有较好的综合力学性能;具有较高的数均相对分子质量和聚醚聚氨酯的结构特征,拥有良好的热稳定性;具有典型的微相分离特征,随着硬段含量的增加,微相分离程度增加。 A new thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, with tetrahydrofuran-ethylene oxide copolyether as the soft segments, and 1,3-bis(isocyanatomethy)benzene and hydroquinone bis (2-hydroxyethyl) ether as the hard segments was synthesized. FTIR, GPC, DMA, TG and the tensile testing were applied to characterize the properties of TPU. It showed that when the hard segment was 45%, TPU exhibited excellent comprehensive properties: the tensile strength was 17.37 MPa and the elongation at break was 559%. A typical microphase separation was observed.
