饲用羽毛肽粉氨基酸营养价值研究 被引量:8

STUDY ON THE NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF AMINO ACIDS IN FEATHER PEPTIDE MEAL

摘要 目的评价饲用羽毛肽粉作为水产饲料的氨基酸营养价值,方法取日本鳗鲡、大黄鱼、凡纳滨对虾、杂色鲍肌肉组织,分析氨基酸组成,作为参考模式,评价不同级别饲用羽毛肽粉作为其饲料蛋白源的氨基酸营养价值。并与进口鱼粉及国产鱼粉进行比较。结果碱解、酶解工艺在提高羽毛粉被消化吸收能力的同时,会导致其氨基酸组成模式发生改变,以Cys含量变化最为明显,减少量约达70%。在所选的水产动物中,羽毛粉相关产品较为适合作为大黄鱼饲料蛋白源,其它依次为日本鳗鲡、凡纳滨对虾、杂色鲍。结论饲用羽毛肽粉具有很高的蛋白营养价值,但作为水产饲料蛋白源,还需通过与其它蛋白源如血粉等搭配使用来提高氨基酸平衡性。 Objective To evaluate the nutritional value of amino acids in feather peptide meal.Method The amino acid composition of muscle for Anguilla japonica,Pseucdosiaena crocea,Litopenaeus vannamei Boone and Haliotis diversicolor supertexta was analysed.in feather meal and fish meal Furthermore,they were used as reference mode for nutritional evaluation of amino acid in feather meal and fish meal.Results Digestion and absorption of feather meal could be improved by vivo-decomposition which could affect the amino acid composition especially for Cys.Among 4 kinds of aquatic animals,it was found that the product of feather meal was more suitable protein resource for Pseucdosiaena crocea followed by Anguilla japonica,Litopenaeus vannamei Boone and Haliotis diversicolor supertexta,which were indicated by amino acids ratio coefficient(SRC) and the order of limiting amino acid.Conclusion The contents of feather meal is higher than fishmeal,which is the main source for aquatic feed.But the balance of amino acid for feather meal is poor if it was used as the sole source for aquatic feed,what can be improved by mixed with other protein resource as blood meal.
