摘要
采用淹没式曝气生物滤池(SAFTM)工艺预处理微污染原水。中试结果表明,在空床停留时间为1.42 h条件下,当进水NH3-N平均为9.9 mg/L、水温为13~21℃时,出水NH3-N<0.5 mg/L,对NH3-N的平均去除率为98.09%;当进水CODMn为7~10 mg/L时,出水CODMn在6~8 mg/L之间,平均去除率为13.60%;出水NO2--N浓度很低,保持在0.06 mg/L以下。出水水质满足饮用水厂原水水质要求。在亭子桥水厂4年多的运行结果表明,该工艺具有优异的去除NH3-N效能,即使在冬季低温下也能保证良好的去除效果。
Submerged biological aerated filter (BAF) was used for pretreatment of micro-polluted raw water. The pilot test results showed that when the influent ammonia nitrogen was 9.9 mg/L, water temperature was 13 to 21℃, and empty bed contact time was 1.42 h, the effluent ammonia nitrogen was less than 0.5 mg/L, and the average removal rate was 98.09%. When the influent CODMn was 7 to 10 rag/L, the effluent CODMn was 6 to 8 mg/L, and the average removal rate was 13.60%. The effluent NO2- - N was less than 0.06 mg/L. The effluent quality met the water quality requirement of waterworks. The four years operation of the BAF in Tingziqiao Waterworks confirmed the high removal rate of ammonia nitrogen using this process, which was maintained during low temperature winter.
