摘要
介绍了故障树分析(Fault Tree Analysis,FTA)的基本理论,对水厂电源、电气设备突发事件进行分析,并绘制出电源、电气设备突发事件的故障树分析图,直观地表现了各可能导致顶上事件发生的基本事件及其逻辑关系;通过对故障树的定性分析,得出了最小径集和结构重要度,指明了预防事故发生的可能途径,并对控制措施给出了一些建议。
The basic theory of fauh tree analysis (FTA) was described and the emergency opera- tion of power supply and electrical equipment in the water plant was analyzed. The FTA diagram based on fault analysis was drawn, providing a visual that shows common events that may turn into severe prob- lems, along with their logical relationships. With the qualitative analysis of FTA, the minimal radius set point and hierarchy structure were obtained. Possible approaches to avoid accidents at each step were in- dicated, and some suggestions on control measures were given.
