Women volunteers from the public security bureau of Shahe, in North China＇s Hebei Province, taught children at Yangguang （Sunshine） Kindergarten how to avoid being abducted. The women on May 2 showed the kids a cartoon that explained what they could do to avoid being abducted and/or trafficked.
