注射用重组人干扰素α2b联合无乳糖奶粉治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨注射用重组人干扰素α2b联合无乳糖奶粉治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法将60例年龄4~18个月,病程在1周内,以母乳或普通配方奶喂养为主的秋季腹泻患儿随机分为A、B、C组:(1)A组给予补液及对症治疗;(2)B组在A组治疗的基础上联合应用注射用重组人干扰素α2b治疗;(3)C组在B组治疗的基础上联合无乳糖奶粉治疗。A、B组继续母乳或普通配方奶喂养,C组改用无乳糖奶粉喂养。观察三组的疗效、退热和止泻时间。结果三组的总体疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但止泻和退热时间B、C组均短于A组(P<0.01);而C组止泻时间又短于B组(P<0.01)。结论注射用重组人干扰素α2b联合无乳糖奶粉治疗婴幼儿腹泻可缩短腹泻病程,疗效好且安全。 Objective To investigate the effect of injection of recombinant human interferon α2b combined with lactose-free milk powder in treating of infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods Sixty infants with autumn diarrhea who had 4 ~ 18 months of age, the disease course less than one week, mainly formula milk,breast milk or regular feeding were randomly divided into three groups. Group A: rehydration and symptomatic treatment; Group B: Group A treatment combined with injection of recombinant human interferon α2b ; Group C : Group B treatment plus lactosefree milk powder. Group A and group B continued formula milk breast milk or regular feeding, Group C lactose-free milk powder instead. The therapeutic effect, the time of temperature dropping to the normal and stopping diarrhea were observed. Results there was statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect among three goups (P 〈 0. 01 ). The time of temperature dropping to normal and stopping diarrhea in B and C group was shorter than that in A group(P 〈 0. 01 ) ;The time of stopping diarrhea in C group was shorter than that in B group(P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Injection of recombinant human interferon a 2 b combined with lactose-free milk powder in the treatment of infantile autumn can not only shorten duration of diarrhea, but also is effective and safe.
