胸腰椎骨折是常见的脊柱损伤,也是骨科研究的重要课题。近年来,随着影像学和生物力学研究的进展,胸腰椎骨折的治疗技术也取得了一些进步,现就其治疗(包括非手术治疗和手术治疗)进展情况作一简要综述。

Thoracolumbar fracture is the common spinal injury and an important research topic in the field of orthopedics. In recent years, as the research progress on imaging and biomechanics, the therapies and technologies for thoracolumbar fracture has also made some progress. This article reviews the research progress on treatment of tho- racolumbar fracture,including surgical and nonsurgical treatment.
