摘要
通过从工作场所无礼行为的维度结构、影响因素、影响效果及演变过程等方面,对国内外工作场所无礼行为研究进行了系统述评,并对其未来研究方向进行了展望。
Workplace behavior is a frontier theme for researchers in deviant behavior research field. It was defined as low-intensity deviant behavior with ambiguous intent to harm the target, in violation of workplace norms for mutual respect. The study has reviewed workplace incivility from the perspectives of dimension, antecedents, outcomes and evolvement progresses. It finally puts forward future research directions in this regard.
