文章分析了中国证券经营机构存在的风险 ,提出了对证券经营机构进行危机监管的原则、方法 。
This paper analyzes risks faced by our security management organizations, puts forward principles and methods for crisis-supervising of them,and gives more details on operations of crisis-supervising and designs of warning-in-advance system.
