The Path of Public Hospital Reform in Jilin Province

通过新农合支付杠杆，调动公立医院积极性，提升患者县内就医率，再以回流的新农合基金补偿医院药品加成收入，吉林省在探索一条授人以渔的县级公立医院改革路径。

Although the primary hospitals in Jilin province are not selected to take part in the pilot program of national hospital reform, they still hold great passion for the reform. With the guidance from Jilin provincial government,the public hospital reform model is nally settled with 5 major mechanism,namely,reimbursement integration,payment methods,diversion of treatment,performance evaluation and government investment. At the beginning of 2012, 8 hospitals in Yanji city,Nong’an county,Qian’an county and Zhenlai county became the pilot sites for primary hospital reform in Jilin province.
