文章对中国 5 0年经济体制的沿革作了归纳 ,指出中国经济体制改革的背景是传统计划经济体制极大地伤害了中国生产力的发展 ,对中国经济体制的市场化改革作了现状与前景分析。作者认为 ,2 0 0 0年中国经济市场化程度将超过 5 0 % ,“十五”末期可完成转轨 。

The paper summarizes the history of chinese economy system (of organization)in 50 years.The rauthor thinks that the background of chinese system reforming is that the traditional planned economy system has seriously hurted the development of chinese productive ability. The article analyzes both the current states and the future of marketization reforming of chinese economy system.It concludes that the degree of marketization of chinese economy in 2000 is going to be bigger than 50% and the transition task will be accomplished in the endyear of“the tenth five-year plan”,i.e.in 2005,from which time China will enter the relatively mature development stage of market economy.
