This article introduced the features and practicality of the traditional floor structure and In-site concrete slab hollow floor structure. Based on the design of one high-rise building, it was compared the traditional floor struc- ture with in-site concrete slab hollow floor structure on economical aspect and social benefit. It clarified that develop- ping in-site concrete slab hollow floor structure in industrial and civil buildings has broad economic and social benefit.
