摘要
结合麻竹高速公路大悟至随州段ATB-25柔性基层的实践应用,分析ATB-25柔性基层的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性,并针对ATB-25沥青稳定碎石粗集料多、细料少、油石比小、散热快、温度下降快等特点,采用宽幅抗离析单机摊铺施工,总结出"高温紧跟、高频低幅、慢压少水、钢胶组合"的碾压工艺,有效解决了离析及碾压推移等问题。
Combined with practical application of the Mazhu Dasuiduan highway ATB-25 flexible base, the charac- teristis of ATB-25 flexible substrate are analyzed with high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability. For ATB-25 asphalt stabilized gravel's coarse aggregate is more, fine aggregate ratio is small, fast heat dissipation, the temperature dropped fast and so wide anti-segregation stand-alone paving, "followed by high tempera- ture, high-frequency low-amplitude, slow pressure less water, a combination of fiber reinforced" plasticthe rolling technology is summed up. It's an effective solution to segregation and the passage of RCC and other issues.
