秦川牛OLR1基因多态性与肉质性状的关联分析 被引量:5

Association Analysis of OLR1Gene and Meat Quality Traits in Qinchuan Cattle

摘要 采用PCR-RFLP的方法对230头秦川肉牛基因组的氧化型低密度脂蛋白受体1(OLR1)基因进行研究,并对其基因型与部分肉质性状进行关联分析。结果发现,OLR1基因存在g.10497C>A突变,该突变位点能够被PstI限制性酶识别。群体中共存在3种基因型,分别命名为AA、AC和CC,基因型频率分别为0.287、0.217和0.496。等位基因A和C的基因频率分别为0.396和0.604。χ2检验表明,该基因座处于Hardy-Weinberg不平衡状态(P<0.05)。关联分析结果表明,CC基因型的眼肌面积显著高于AA基因型(P<0.05);同样,CC基因型与高眼肌深度相关(P<0.05)。而AC基因型与AA和CC基因型之间没有显著差异(P>0.05);在背膘厚和肌间脂肪含量这2个性状上,3种基因型之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。 PCR-RFLP was used to identify the genotype of the OLR1gene in 230 Qinchuan cattle genome.A g.10497CA mutation was identified at OLR1gene,and three genotypes were detected,named AA,AC and CC.The frequencies of the three genotypes were 0.287,0.217 and 0.496,respectively.The frequencies of allele A and C were 0.396 and 0.604.The genotype frequencies were not as expected in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium by χ2-test(P0.05).The result of the correlation analysis indicated that CC and AA genotype had significant differences in loin eye area and Marbling depth(P0.05),the loin eye area and Marbling depth of individuals with genotype CC were significantly better than those of individuals with genotype AA(P0.05),but the differences in back fat thickness and Muscle fat were not significant(P0.05).
