ADAM33基因在支气管哮喘中的作用及吸烟对其影响的研究进展

摘要 解整合素一金属蛋白酶33(ADAM33)基因是一种新近发现的ADAM家族成员,其基因的多态性与支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)、气道高反应性(BHR)及哮喘的严重程度密切相关。该基因还与早期肺功能和第1秒用力呼气容积下降有关。吸烟能增加气道的反应性,使气道重塑,导致哮喘难以控制。已有研究表明吸烟与ADAM33基因多态性相互作用影响哮喘患者的肺功能和BHR。现综述ADAM33基因在哮喘的作用和吸烟对其影响。 ADAM33 gene is a newly identified member of a disintegrin and metalloproteinase ADAM family, the single nucleotide polymorphisms of ADAM33 gene is involved in bronchial asthma (asthma), bronchial hyper-responsiveness and the severity of asthma. Moreover, it is associated with accelerated early-life lung function and the decline of forced expiratory volume in 1 second. Smoking can increase airway responsiveness and airway remodeling, resulting in a difficulty of controlling asthma. It has been confirmed that this may occur via interaction of smoking with ADAM33 gene. This article reviewed the role of ADAM33 gene in asthma and the effects of smoking on ADAM33 gene.
