摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)是一组分解细胞外基质的钙锌离子依赖型蛋白酶的总称。牙本质粘接剂酸性环境可以激活MMP酶原,进而分解暴露的胶原纤维,破坏粘接界面而导致粘接的失败。抑制MMP可有效增加粘接耐久性。本文就MMP在粘接过程中的激活和对粘接耐久性的影响以及MMP抑制剂的研究进展作一综述。 Matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) are a family of proteolytic enzymes with the main function of hy- drolyzing extracellular matrix, of which activity requires calcium and zinc ions. The acidic component of dentin adhesives can activate the pro-MMP to degrade the nude collagen fibrils and destroy tl^e interface of resin-dentin bond which leads to the failure of binding. Inhibiting MMP will increase bond durability'. The purpose of this arti- cle is to review the research progress of MMP's activating in resin-dentin bond and influence on bond durability, special attention being devoted to the means to inhibiting or inactivating MMP.
