摘要
Takahashi和Yamanaka通过瞬时高表达外源性的转录因子,首次得到了诱导多能干细胞,这种具有多潜能细胞特性细胞的诞生,预示着一种新的干细胞研究方法的到来。本文就诱导多能干细胞的发展历程及最新进展作一综述。
Takahashi and Yamanaka got induced pluripotent stem cells through the instantaneous high expression exogenous transcription factor, and the cells have much potential traits and indicate a new stem cell research way. The development and the latest progress of induced pluripotent stem cells are reviewed in this paper.
