摘要
微网是智能电网的重要组成部分。微电源装机成本偏高,微网技术还不成熟,发展微网的机遇与风险并存。提出了定量评估高渗透率下微网的综合经济效益的新方法。建立了高渗透率下微网的成本与收益的计算模型。将该方法结合我国某地区接入高渗透率的微网为例,评估了典型情况下我国城市高渗透率接入微网的综合经济效益。通过分析影响高渗透率微网经济性的因素,提出了提高微网经济性的措施。结果表明,微网的高渗透率接入将带来可观的经济效益。
Microgrid is an important part of the smart grid. The installing cost of micro power is high and the technology of microgrid is still not mature, so opportunities and risks for developing microgrid coexist. This paper presents a new quantitative evaluation method for economic benefit of microgrids with high penetration. Calculation model of costs and benefits for microgrids with high penetration is established. Taking one area in China as example, the typical comprehensive economic benefit with microgrids' high permeability in China's urban areas is evaluated. Through the analysis of influencing factor of microgrids' economic benefit, the measures of improving the microgird economy are put forward. The results show that microgrid with high permeability access will bring considerable economic benefit.
