摘要
针对电力市场条件下发电系统可靠性评估中存在的多种不确定性信息,提出了以盲数理论为基础的包括评估理论、评估指标、评估方法在内的发电系统可靠性柔性评估数学模型。该模型利用盲数表示各节点信息,有效地处理了原始参数不确定性对可靠性评估的影响。应用可靠性指标的灵敏度公式有效地找到制约系统可靠性的薄弱环节,能够对所研究的发电系统进行可靠性成本效益评估。通过对IEEE-24节点可靠性测试系统进行计算,证明了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
Aiming at many kinds of uncertain information in the power generation system reliability evaluation under the electric power market condition, a power generation system reliability flexible evaluation model which contains evaluation theory, evaluation index, and evaluation method is proposed based on blind number theory. This model uses the blind number to express node information, which effectively deals with the impact of primitive parameter uncertainty on the reliability evaluation. The reliability index's sensitivity formula is used to effectively find the weak link restricting system reliability, and then the reliability cost-benefit assessment for the power generation system is carried out. The numerical example of IEEE-24 buses reliability test system demonstrates the correctness and availability of the proposed approach.
