金融业增加值结构分析——基于投入产出表的调整

Structural Analysis of Financial Industry's Value Added——Based on Adjustment of Input-output Table

首先借用先前投资管理增加值的估算结果,在加总的投资管理增加值的基础上调整了支出法核算公式,提出了金融消费的概念,并估算了金融消费的总量。接着调整了金融业在投入产出表中的核算,重点进行了金融业的结构分析(投入产出系数)。最后引入了宏观交易费用与产业满意度等概念,分析了金融业在国民经济中的定位与规划,同时提出了一些实际的金融业规划政策,批评了盲目发展金融业的思路。

Based on amount of investment management＇s value added, the paper adjusts statistical formula of expenditure method, proposing the concept of financial consumption and estimating the amount of financial consumption. The paper adjusts finan- cial statistics in input-output table and in detail analyses the structure of finance （input output coefficient）. Finally, the paper proposes the concepts of macro- transaction cost and degree of industry satisfaction, summarizing the functional position of financial industry in national economy. The authors recommends some policy about financial industry planning, criticizing the thought of development finan- cial industry blindly.
