图书馆书架调整测算方法

Calculation Method of Adjusting Library Bookshelves

在图书馆书架调整搬迁工作中,预先测算最为关键。首先,必须绘制书架调整后的新布局图,并根据布局图统计需要书架的数量;其次,需要对被利用书架的规格、数量进行精确统计,并做好在具体库房的合理布置与设计。通过南通大学图书馆书架搬迁利用的实践发现:旧书架必须拆散搬运;搬迁中旧书架部件不能占用新布局书架的位置,以免妨碍安装,造成重复劳动;搬迁旧书架部件需按类堆放,以便安装使用;搬迁中难免有少量书架部件损坏,要留有一定数量的后备书架或做好修复工作。

Calculation is the key of adjusting library bookshelves. First of＇all, the layout chart of adjusting library bookshelves must be draw for the sake of calculating the quantity of bookshelves. Secondly, the specification and quantity of bookshelves must be counted accurately, and the bookshelf position in the stack must be arranged and designed reasonabty. Through the case of removing library bookshelves in Nantong University Library, it shows that old bookshelves must be taken apart before removing; components of old bookshelves couldn＇t occupy the position of new bookshelves, in order to avoid disturbing the installation of new bookshelves and repetitive work in the process of removing; components of old bookshelves must be stacked according to their categories, in order to install conveniently; it is unavoidable that a small amount of components are damaged in the process of removing, therefore a certain allowance must be left, and the repair work must be finished.
