摘要
构建了包括知识共享活动所有主体的知识共享过程模型,以此为线索,分析了组织内部知识共享过程中的影响因素及其关系,并据此提出有针对性的解决措施,以促进知识在组织内部的有效转移。
A model of the process of knowledge commons is constructed. Based on this model, which includes all the agents of knowledge commons action, the influence factors and its relations of the process of internal organizational knowledge commons are analysis. And then some pertinent solution countermeasures are put forward in order to accelerate effective knowledge commons in organization.
