摘要
基于组织学习视角,构建了"技术信息获取-失败学习行为-企业创新绩效"的理论模型,并通过对142家高科技新创企业的问卷调查,验证了理论假设。研究发现:技术信息获取对新创企业创新绩效有正向影响;技术信息获取对新创企业失败学习有正向影响;失败学习对新创企业创新绩效有正向影响。本文对研究结论和意义进行了分析与讨论。
The paper proposed a theoretical model based on organizational learning theory, examining the relationship of TIA, learning from failure and innovative performance. Theoretical hypothesis are tested using a sample of 142 high-tech new ventures. Empirical results revealed that the TIA positively influences the innovative performance, the TIA positively influences the learning behaviors from failure, and learning from failure positively influences the innovation performance of hi-tech new ventures. Theoretical and managerial implications of these findings are discussed in the conclusion of the paper.
