正交试验法优化土木香根中土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的提取工艺 被引量:4

Optimization of Extraction Technology for Alantolactone and Isoalantolactone from Inula helenium by Orthogonal Test

摘要 目的:优选土木香根中土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的超声提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验设计对土木香提取参数中乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声时间及提取次数进行试验,优化土木香根的提取工艺。结果:土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的最佳超声提取条件为15倍量65%乙醇超声提取2次,每次30 min。在此条件下,土木香内酯和异土木香内酯提取量分别为28.647,13.963 mg.g-1。结论:该优选工艺稳定、可行。 Objective: To optimize ultrasonic extraction process of alantolactone and isoalantolactone from Inula helenium. Method: Based on single-factor test, orthogonal design was used to optimize extraction technology of I. helenium with the concentration of ethanol, ratio of solid-liquid, ultrasonic-time and extraction times as factors. Result: Optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions were as follows: extracted 2 times with 15 times the amount of 65% ethanol, 30 min per time. Under such conditions, the content of alantolactone and isoalantolactone were 28. 647, 13. 963 mg·g-1, respectively. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was stable and feasible.
