摘要
目的:探讨四君子汤对慢性疲劳综合征(chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS)模型大鼠自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性及血清转化生长因子-β(TGF-β),γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平的影响。方法:选用SD大鼠为实验动物,共分为5组:模型组、空白组、治疗组(分低、中、高3个剂量组),采取力竭游泳+剥夺睡眠20 h的复合造模方法造模,造模成功后给药组采用四君子汤ig,低、中、高剂量按生药量计分别为3.37,6.75,13.5 g.kg-1,空白组与模型组以蒸馏水ig,均每天1次,连续2周,2周后检测各组大鼠NK细胞活性及血清IFN-γ,TGF-β含量。结果:模型组大鼠NK细胞活性及血清IFN-γ,TGF-β水平与正常大鼠比较,差异均具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);而四君子汤组与模型组相比,低、中、高3个剂量组NK细胞活性及IFN-γγ含量均升高(P<0.05),中、高剂量组TGF-β含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤能提高CFS模型大鼠NK细胞活性,升高血清IFN-γ含量,降低TGF-β含量,具有改善CFS大鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective: To study the Influence of Sijunzi decoction on natural killer cell (NK) activity and serum interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) in rats with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Method: Animal model was prepared by exhaustion swimming and 20 hours' sleep deprivation. The SD rats were divided into 5 groups, model group, blank group and treatment group at low, mid and high dosage group (3.37, 6.75, 13.5 g · kg^-1 ). After two weeks of treatment, NK activity and serum IFN-γ and TGF-β content were determined. Result: The NK activity and serum IFN-γ content was decreased, and TGF-β content was increased in model group, compared with blank group (P 〈 0. 01 ). The NK activity and serum IFN-γ content in treatment groups were higher and the TGF-β content was lower compared with model group (P 〈 0. 05 ); Conclusion: Sijunzi decoction could obviously enhance the NK activity and serum TGF-β content and reduce serum IFN-γ content, which could strengthen the immunity in rats with CFS.
