摘要
目的:通过动物体内实验研究生肌玉红膏载入修饰后胶原的体内降解行为和生物相容性,探讨生物可降解材料生肌玉红胶原作为生物医用材料的应用可能。方法:将生肌玉红胶原(实验组)与交联修饰后胶原(对照组)植入8只新西兰白兔背部皮下,分别于术后1、2、4及8周取出2组植入材料,行肉眼观察、埋植材料近旁组织切片后H-E染色显微镜下观察及对两组材料的扫描电镜(SEM)观察。结果:实验组在植入后动物体内炎症反应消失较对照组明显提前,组织相容性较同期对照组良好,可促进近旁组织毛细血管新生与胶原新生。结论:生肌玉红膏载入胶原较Ⅰ型胶原自身组织相容性更佳,基本上发挥出生肌玉红膏及修饰后胶原各自促创面愈合的优势,与周围组织有更加良好的生物相容性。
Objective :To discuss the ability of degrading Shengji Yuhong collagen as biological material by studying degradation and biocompatibility of Shengji Yuhong Ointment loaded by collagen in vivo. Method:Shengji Yuhong colla- gen( experimental group)and cross- linked modified collagen( control group)were implanted into dorsum subcutaneous tissue of eight New Zealand rabbits;the implanted material was taken out from two groups at 1,2,4 and 8 weeks respec- tively;visual inspection, microscope observation of the HE stained tissue sections which around implant materials, and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observation of materials from two groups were made. Results:The vivo inflammatory of experimental group disappeared significantly earlier than the control group after implantation;the histocompatibility of experimental group was better than the control group at the same period;experimental group can promote angiogenesis and collagen neogenesis of tissues nearby. Conclusion:Shengji Yuhong Ointment has better histocompatibility when loaded by collagen type | , and can take advantages of both Shengji Yuhong Ointment and modified collagen to promote wound heal- ing, and has better biocompatibility with surrounding tissue.
