接骨3号方对兔桡骨骨折术后BMP-2表达的影响

Influence of No.3 Jiegu Formula on Postoperative BMP-2 Expression of Rabbit with Radial Fracture

目的:观察接骨3号方对家兔骨折愈合过程中BMP-2表达变化的影响,探讨其促进骨折愈合的机制。方法:取成年新西兰白兔72只,造成桡骨骨折,随机分为3组。A组:给予接骨3号汤;B组:等量生理盐水灌服;C组予仙灵骨葆胶囊,分别于术后3周、5周和7周行X线摄片、骨折处组织学观察,免疫组化染色观察BMP-2的表达。结果:3周、5周时A组与C组的BMP-2表达差异均有显著性(P<0.01),X线骨骼片和组织学观察均显示A组优于C组。结论:接骨3号方能明显促进骨折愈合过程中BMP-2的持续表达。

Objective ： To observe the influence of No. 3 Jiegu formula on postoperative BMP - 2 expression of rabbit with radial fracture and discuss the mechanism. Methods ：72 mature New Zealand white rabbits were selected and made the radial fracture,which were randomly divided into three groups. Group A was given No. 3 Jiegu formula. Group B was given the normal saline solution with the same dose. Group C was given Xianling Gubao capsule. 1/3,5 and 7 weeks after opertion, X - ray was used respectively to observe the fracture histology. BMP - 2 expression was observed by immunohis- tochemistry method. Results ： In 3 and 5 weeks, BMP - 2 expressions in group A and C both had significant differences （both P 〈01 O1 ）. X- ray results and histology observation in group A were superior to those in group C. Conclusion： No. 3 Jiegu formula can obviously improve the constitutively expression of BMP - 2 in healing process of fracture .
