杨梅核提取物的体外抗氧化活性研究

Antioxidant Activity of Myrica rubra kernel Extract in Vitro

目的:考察杨梅核不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用分光光度法,测定杨梅核不同溶剂提取物对DPPH、脂质过氧化的清除能力和总还原力,考察了杨梅核提取物体外抗氧化活性。结果:杨梅核不同溶剂提取物具有较强的DPPH、脂质过氧化的清除能力和总还原力,其中杨梅核无水乙醇提取物的体外抗氧化作用最强。结论:杨梅核提取物具有显著的抗氧化活性。

Objective： To investigate phenolic components and the antioxidant activity in vitro of Myrica rubra kernel extract. Methods：The Spectrophotometry was used to test phenolic components in the extracts to revel the radical scaven- ging capacity of DPPH,lipid peroxidation and the total reducing power of Myrica rubra kernel extract. Then the correlation between the phenolic components and antioxidant activity was analyzed by the multiple linear regression analysis. Result： The extracts have significant effects on reducing power, reacting with free radicals of DPPH, then preventing OH ~ produc- tion and lipid peroxidation. Among all of those, the alcohol extract has the best effects. Conclusion ：The evaluation of an- tioxidant activity suggested that Myrica rubra kernel extract has obvious antioxidant activity.
