丹瓜方对GK糖尿病-动脉粥样硬化复合模型大鼠血糖、食量和体重的影响

Influence of Dangua Formula on Blood Glucose,Body Weight and Food Intake in GK Rats with Diabetes-Atherosclerosis

目的:探讨丹瓜方对高脂饲料喂养的GK糖尿病-动脉粥样硬化复合模型大鼠血糖、食量和体重的影响。方法:40只成模GK大鼠,随机分为二甲双胍组、模型对照组、丹瓜方组、辛伐他汀组,自由进食高脂饲料,并予以相应的药物干预;另设10只同龄Wistar大鼠为正常对照组,喂食普通饲料;观察大鼠血糖、HbA1c、体重、食量的变化情况。结果:丹瓜方组血糖与空白对照组比较无差异,且优于其他各模型组;丹瓜方组HbA1c与二甲双胍组比较无差别,且低于模型对照组(P<0.05);GK大鼠食量均明显减少,丹瓜方组食量低于空白对照组和模型对照组(P<0.01);GK大鼠体重均低于空白对照组,丹瓜方组体重增幅最小(P<0.05)。结论:丹瓜方在控制高脂饲料喂养的GK大鼠的血糖、体重和食量上具有明显优势。

Objective：To discuss whether Dangua Formula takes effect on blood glucose,food intake and body weight in diabetes-atherosclerosis composited model of GK rats fed by high-fat diet.Methods：40 Goto-Kakizaki rats were randomly divided into Metformin group（10 rats）,Model control group（10 rats）,Dangua Formula group（10 rats）,Simvastatin group（10 rats）,according to body weight and blood glucose.GK rats were fed on high-fat diet,and drugs were given according to different groups.Another 10 Wistar rats were assigned to Normal control group and fed on normal diet.Blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,food intake and body weight were observed in the mid-experiment.Result：In the 19th week,compared with Normal control group rats,blood glucose of rats in Dangua Formula group were not increased significantly,and lower than those in other groups.HbA1c of rats in Dangua Formula group had no difference from ones in Metformin group,and lower than that of rats in Model control group（P〈0.05）.Food intake of all GK rats decreased significantly,food intake of rats in Dangua Formula group was lower than rats in Normal control group and Model control group significantly（P〈0.01）.Body weights of all GK rats were lower than those in Normal control group significantly,and rats in Dangua Formula group had the smallest increase in body weight（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Dangua Formula had great advantage to improve blood glucose,food intake and body weight in diabetes-atherosclerosis composited model of GK rats fed on high-fat diet.
