前列灌肠剂保留灌肠对大鼠的抗炎和小鼠的镇痛作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察前列灌肠液保留灌肠对大鼠急、慢性炎症的影响和对小鼠的镇痛作用。方法:分别取SD大鼠和昆明种小鼠,随机分成前列灌肠液高、中、低剂量组,阿司匹林组、空白对照(生理盐水)组5组,保留灌肠后观察角叉菜胶注射后引起的大鼠足肿胀度,大鼠腹股沟处植入棉球前后的肉芽肿重量,小鼠注射醋酸30min内出现扭体反应的次数,以及小鼠热板致痛阈值。结果:前列灌肠液高、中、低剂量均有抑制大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽增生(P<0.05),其中给高剂量前列灌肠液时(剂量60mL/kg)有非常明星抑制作用(P<0.01),其抑制率与阿司匹林组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。前列腺灌肠水煎液低、中、高剂量均能减少小鼠扭体次数,并对热板致小鼠痛阈值均有明显提高作用(P<0.05),随剂量增加,镇痛效果越明显,呈现出明显的量效关系。结论:前列腺灌肠剂低、中、高剂量均具有抗菌消炎、镇痛等作用,高剂量时有非常明星的作用. Objective : To explore the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects of retention enema with Qianlie Guan- chang Recipe on experimental rats. Method: SD rats and kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups:low, mid- dle and high dosage groups of Qianlie Guanchang Recipe, aspirin group, and control group. Anti - inflammatory effect of the drug was evaluated in rat models of paw edema induced by carragheenin and models of granuloma by cotton ball. An- algesic activity of Qianlie Guanchang Recipe was evaluated in mice models of pain induced by thermal stimulus and acetic acid. Results : The low, middle and high dosage groups of Qianlie Guanchang Recipe can inhibit paw swelling induced by carragheenin in rats ( P 〈 0.05 ), and reduce the quality of cotton granuloma in rats ( P 〈 0.05). Analgesic test showed that the drug can significantily improve the pain threshold of mice in the hot plate test( P 〈 0.05 ), and effectively inhibit the writhing response frequence induced by acetic acid ( P 〈 0.05 ). The effect of the high dosage (60mL/kg) was the best among the three recipes as compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The low,middle and high dos- age groups of Qianlie Guanchang Recipe have significant anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects;the effect of the high dosage is the best.
